Tipping Point Community
Will is a licensed therapist and has been working in community mental health at various organizations throughout the Bay Area. Prior to moving into philanthropy at Tipping Point, Will worked as the Director of Residential Programs for children and families impacted by the Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice system for a South Bay nonprofit. Will has 10 years of experience providing, managing and directing mental health service programs and finds supporting and advocating on behalf of the some of the most vulnerable the most rewarding part of his work. Will holds a B.A. in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. When not working, he enjoys spending time on the soccer field or golf course and hanging out with his wife and puppy, Megan and Burghardt.
