Director, Heads Up Program
Bay Area native Liz Solis has been working with youth for over a decade as a mentor, advocate, and educator. She studied Ethnic Studies as an undergrad at San Francisco State University and as a MetLife Fellow received her M.A.T. in Secondary Education History from Tufts University. She is an equity-driven, resourceful, and innovative leader with 10+ years experience in management, curriculum development, and organizational change. As the director of Heads Up, she’s led the program through a strategic planning process over the last year and a half to explore how to increase our long term impact through sustainable systems and programming.
