Amy has been in private practice since 1992, serving startup ventures and high net worth individuals. Her extensive experience in law and business gives Amy the ability to offer clients a variety of tools to meet their specific needs. Including formation, startup issues, funding, business strategy and asset protection, Amy works collaboratively with each client to problem solve and design a plan that aligns with their vision and mission. Amy is a Stanford Law alum with a Master of Science in Public Administration from Carnegie-Mellon and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University. Her other professional experiences include public finance at First National Bank of Chicago, and business development and licensing with Microsoft. Her public service includes the highlight of serving on Chicago’s historic mayoral campaign and transition team for Harold Washington. Amy is a member of the State Bar of California and her local bar association. She has served on various educational Boards, including the Charter School of Morgan Hill (Past President), Evergreen Valley College (Lecturer), and she is past member of Rotary International. She is currently writing her first book. The most fun times for Amy are spent traveling and spending time in nature hiking, kayaking and scuba diving. She is also a member of the Baha’i Faith.
